In the evening my adapter chord discontinued working. With one phone call and a few simple directions my lap top was up and working again. He was easy to understand. He took the time in the late evening to help. My lap top is working perfect. I will use his services again and refer others to use him also.

Josh was great! I don't know much about computers, but I do know my HP Personal Computer that I run my own business from was messed up really bad and full of viruses and it wasn't working and I was unable to access things that were very vital to me for a little over a week and I was in panic mode! I had one supposed computer expert that a friend told me about come over and look at it and he told me that it was a major issue and said my best bet would be to get another computer. I was devastated! A LOT of major and extremely important information was now gone forever. My wife the next day suggested that I try Thumbtack to get a second opinion before I gave up completely because one of her work buddies hired someone off of it to fix her computer. So I gave it a shot. I got 5 bids and I had to pick one and I guess it was just the way he presented himself in the bid he gave me , he seemed very professional and trustworthy right from the start. When I met him the next day he agreed to meet me at my house at 7:00 p.m. and he arrived when he said he would. He was very respectful. He is really fun to talk to also which is great in easing the tension of having a stranger in my house and giving him full access to all of my information. The coolest thing he did while he was there was when my wife got home she came in saying that her phone was broken and she needed to get it replaced before work in the morning. So she sat there and started explaining what happened to it and when she was done I started reaching in my pocket so I could start counting out hundreds of dollars he walked in the room and said he overheard my wife talking and asked if he could see her phone for a second and I really have no idea what he did but he fixed it and actually saved me a lot of money. I asked him how much I owed him for the phone repair and he said free of charge because it wasn't that big of a problem and I was sitting there ready to pay him a hundred if he asked for it with a smile on my face.He then told me he was done fixing my computer so I run in there to check it out and it's running better then it has in a while now! He then suggested that I set it up to where if something like this happened again and he was unable to fix it all of my important files are protected. I asked if he could do that and he said he could so I scheduled him for the next week. He came by and set everything up and I feel a lot better now. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again buddy!

I booked a repair for my broken iPhone. Caymen was at my home within the next hour. He fixed my phone at my kitchen table and let me watch the very cool process. Plus-he mentioned and made sure that I understood that the repair came with a lifetime warranty and gave me his personal number to call if I have any questions or issues. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

THIS IS A GUY YOU HAVE GOT TO MEET! Not only is be extremely adept with setting up, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing all things electronic, but he's EXTREMELY knowledgeable about emerging technology! And though certainly a "tech geek" he's one of THE MOST personable people I've ever had the great fortune to meet! There certainly is never those "awkward moments of someone new in my home/business, how to break the ice, or what should I say to keep a conversation hoping?!" I was originally referred to Jarrett by my realtor, in 2012, when I had grown increasingly exasperated with my tech guy, who seemed to put "bandaids" on computer, business wifi network, and handheld problems that came up, but NEVER actually FIXED the issue! Everything would be okay for a week or two, and then WHAM, all hell would break lose and we'd be calling him to do exactly what he been paid to do weeks before. When I hired Jarrett to come, take a look at our setup, and discuss our technical problems and issues, I knew immediately this guy wasn't your typical tech guy. He quickly identified numerous issues that our prior guy had never even mentioned, if he'd even noticed. Based on how long tech repairs had taken in the past, I estimated that we'd probably be billed for around 60-70 hours by Jarrett, as we had LOT of network issues, crumpet problems, handheld devices not working properly, etc. Jarrett was DONE in TWO DAYS, billing only 19.5 hours!! And over FIVE YEARS LATER, not a SINGLE problem he fixed has broken, failed, or given us the slightest problem! He's THAT GOOD! In the interim years, we've relied on him and eventually his entire team of techs, to build our websites, build and maintain our office network, repair laptops, desktops, design, install, and maintain our wireless security system, and deal with any software issues we run into. We wouldn't use ANYONE else! Over the years our employees have personally hired Jarrett to do everything from install home security systems, handle personal computer problems, tutor them on smartphone use or learning a new computer software program, and everything else in between! Buying new electronics can be a daunting experience, and in-store tech associates NEVER do a good job of making me feel understood, competent in their knowledge, act somewhat superior or aloof - if they're even available or not on their own phones! Jarrett will MEET YOU at your preferred store, help you decide on the best device, accessory, computer, appliance, etc, for you, while saving you sometimes hundreds of dollars on unnecessary features/hardware! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH JARRETT!

How much does it cost to fix an iPhone screen?

A broken iPhone screen doesn’t have to mean shelling out major money for a new phone. iPhone repair is an easy solution for a cracked or damaged iPhone screen that will have it looking as good as new in no time. The size of your iPhone will affect screen cost. Another factor that affects iPhone repair cost is whether you want to have your LCD repaired or replaced at the same time that you have your screen fixed. If you have AppleCare (Apple’s insurance), screen repair costs an additional $29 fee. Prices for Apple’s screen repair without AppleCare coverage vary based on your screen size. Here are some examples of average cost from less expensive third-party providers:

  • iPhone 5/5S/5C: $75, full screen replacement including the LCD and digitizer.
  • iPhone SE: $124.99, full screen replacement including the LCD and digitizer.
  • iPhone 6: $99.99, full screen replacement including the LCD and digitizer.
  • iPhone 6 Plus/6S: $125, full screen replacement including the LCD and digitizer.
  • iPhone 7/7 Plus: $174.99, full screen replacement including the LCD and digitizer.
  • iPhone 4/4S: $70, glass and LCD repair.
  • iPhone 5/5S/5C: $80, glass and LCD repair.
  • iPhone SE: $80, glass and LCD repair.
  • iPhone 6: $90, glass and LCD repair.
  • iPhone 6 Plus: $100, glass and LCD repair.
  • iPhone 6S: $110, glass and LCD repair.
  • iPhone 6S Plus: $130, glass and LCD repair.

How much does it cost to fix the Home button on an iPhone?

If the Home button on your iPhone has stopped working, it might be time for professional help. If your Home button problem is caused by a faulty product and you’re under warranty, the repair will be free. However, if you (or your dog who stepped on the phone) are the culprit, there will be a fee for repair. iPhone repair costs will vary depending on the model of your phone, who is providing the service, and whether your phone is under warranty or you have the extended warranty called AppleCare. If Apple repairs an iPhone that is out of warranty, the cost will be higher than from a third-party provider. One reason to consider paying more for repair by Apple is that using an outside service for repairs can sometimes void other Apple warranties that are in effect for your iPhone. Home button repair falls under Apple’s “other damage” repair pricing category, which costs a flat fee of $99 under AppleCare. If your phone is out of warranty, here are some of the average prices you can expect to pay to repair a Home button:

  • iPhone 8 Plus: $399.
  • iPhone 8: $349.
  • iPhone 7 Plus: $349.
  • iPhone 7: $319.
  • iPhone 6s Plus: $329.
  • iPhone 6 Plus: $329.
  • iPhone 6s: $299.
  • iPhone 6: $299.
  • iPhone SE: $269.
  • iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5: $269.
  • iPhone 4s: $199.
  • iPhone 4: $149.
  • iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G: $149.

How much is it to fix a water-damaged iPhone?

If your iPhone has been damaged by water, there’s still hope. It often costs less to repair an iPhone than to buy a new phone, and you can save your contacts, photos and other stored data. If you have AppleCare, the extended warranty provided by Apple, your coverage includes two incidents of accidental damage for repair at the rates listed below. Using a third-party provider can save you money; however, once an outside vendor has done work on your phone, your warranty may be voided and Apple may no longer provide service for your phone. Here are Apple’s charges for iPhone repair for water damage (classified as “other damage” on their website):

  • iPhone X: $549.
  • iPhone 8 Plus: $399.
  • iPhone 8: $349.
  • iPhone 7 Plus: $349.
  • iPhone 7: $319.
  • iPhone 6s Plus: $329.
  • iPhone 6 Plus: $329.
  • iPhone 6s: $299.
  • iPhone 6: $299.
  • iPhone SE: $269.
  • iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5: $269.
  • iPhone 4s: $199.
  • iPhone 4: $149.
  • iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G: $149.

How much does it cost to replace the screen on an iPhone 6?

An iPhone screen can crack fairly easily, so it’s always recommended to use a shock-absorbing case and a tempered glass screen protector to help keep your investment safe. Replacing the screen on your iPhone 6 will vary in price depending on which iPhone 6 model you have and who provides the repair. Third-party vendors provide lower-cost service than Apple for iPhone repair, unless you have Apple’s product insurance, AppleCare. Here are some examples of iPhone 6 screen and LCD average repair costs from third-party providers:

  • iPhone 6: $90.
  • iPhone 6 Plus: $100.
  • iPhone 6S: $110.
  • iPhone 6S Plus: $130.

You may prefer to have your iPhone repaired by Apple. If you have AppleCare, your screen repair cost will be $29, but if you don’t have this coverage, iPhone repair will cost more from Apple than from a third-party vendor. Here are some examples of average iPhone screen repair cost when provided by Apple without AppleCare:

  • iPhone 6: $129.
  • iPhone 6 Plus: $149.
  • iPhone 6s: $149.
  • iPhone 6s Plus: $169.
