- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new client will receive a consultation, in which we will discuss his/her fitness goals and determine a program that is right for them. During the first training session, we will perform exercises congruent with their goals. I observe technique and biomechanics and we make necessary adjustments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I research daily and truly enjoy advancing my knowledge of my profession.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm passionate about health/fitness and enjoy helping others reach their goals!
