What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are customizable and really are based on the needs of the client. We charge $45 an hour with a 3 hr minimum for in-person sessions, this includes a free 30 min consultation. Our 1 hr virtual coaching session includes a 15 min consultation and the hour can be used in whatever increments the Client chooses. There are packages available for large jobs. Project Management pricing depends on the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are constantly learning as new techniques come out. The world is forever changing so you must continue to educate yourself.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved order and helping people...the two things just make me happy. I truly believe it is my purpose in life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I would say the space previously mentioned regarding the widow. That one was definitely gratifying and she was so overjoyed with her space that she began telling all of her friends...which motivated one of her friends and her husband, in a different state, to tackle a project they had needed to do for 15 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just do it, invest in yourself, your home and your family.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That I am a very compassionate person and I treat all people with respect no matter their circumstance. All people have some form of clutter in their lives and there is nothing anyone has to feel embarrassed about. The key, is you are taking a step today and making the choice and commitment to change your circumstance.
