- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are straightforward. My hourly rate is $45/hr with 1 hour minimum. I will bill after that in 1/2 hour increments. I will charge my cost plus 20% to any parts I must purchase. I will give a rough estimate before starting the work to make sure you understand the costs and scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us. We discuss the project details and I provide a verbal estimate. If requested by customer I will proceed to their location and review the job in person and provide a firm quote. When job is complete customer pays final balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master plumbing license issued by the State of Texas. I have an Associates Degree from Texas State Technical College and a Bachelor's Degree from Texas State University. I have 30 years experience in construction, operations and maintenance with experience in framing, electrical, plumbing, welding, aluminum fabrication.
