- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing comes from the National Servicers Association “Blue Book” We also offer many discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, the technician will diagnose the appliance and provide a quote for repair. At that time, the customer can choose to either repair their appliance at the quoted price or just pay for the trip charge. All services come with a minimum 90 day warranty on labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have been to several factory training classes from all different appliance manufacturers as well as being certified in refrigeration.
