Ray was a true professional from the moment he walked in our home. He even pet our 3 annoyingly yippee dogs. Lol Weve found through the years that the builder of our home cut a lot of corners and the dryer situation was no exception. We had a major clog in our lines so ray redid the whole thing using better materials and rerouted it to a place that made more sense. We will definitely be having dryer vent wizard come out yearly to clean our line. We highly recommend ray and his service.

A very professional service. The technician (Ray)arrived right on time. He was polite, dressed in a clean uniform, and got down to business. He accessed our dryer, and duct behind the dryer, and under our house. He provided me with a estimate of what the cost would be to complete the necessary work. Our dryer ducts were dirty and the duct under the house was strung haphazardly and was made of the wrong material. Ray suggested a different material for the duct and a shorter direction to run our duct under the house. He made sure his work area was clean and completed the work in the time period he estimated. My wife has used the dryer since the work was completed and our towels and clothes are now drying in half of what it took before. I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to anyone who finds their dryer not drying as it should.
