- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically complete an onsite assessment before quoting. Once we've got your quote prepared, we'll send it to you via text or email where you can request changes, ask questions, or approve it and schedule the work. Once scheduled, we'll complete the work, do a final inspection with you, and then invoice for the services rendered.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide range of customers in Abilene and the surrounding Big Country. About half of the work we do is for commercial clients like retail stores, branch offices, and restaurants - while the other half is residential services for homeowners.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for proven results and a recurring customer base. A lot of folks in our area are working side jobs and while there's nothing wrong with that, they may not have the experience to deal with specialized needs like hard water stains, rust removal, etc.
