Submitted a request through home warranty company for low water pressure in faucets. SWAT technician said it was due to clogged aerators and recommended replacing each faucet for $350ea, which is not covered by the home warranty company. I called SWAT and asked them if it would be possible to consider cleaning them out first instead of just replacing and the rep said she'll reach out to the technician for another estimate by the end of the day - this happened 3x (8/19, 8/21, 8/24), but I never received it. I called them again around 4p on 8/24 to check in on the status of the request, was put on hold for 20mins, and then sent to voicemail. I then called another plumber who came out the next morning and cleaned the aerators very quickly, which restored the water pressure to a normal level for a small fraction of what SWAT wanted to charge to just replace them all. Overall, very poor communication and felt as though they were trying to take advantage over the property's landlord.

I had to use SWAT through my home warranty program for the first year of home ownership. After Michael showed up late (my time slot was 8am-12pm), he came in, turned on all of my faucets in my master bathroom, and then told me that I in fact DID NOT have hot water, which is why I had them come out in the first place. He then went outside to talk to someone, came back in, and asked for payment. Before even telling me what the next step was to resolve the issue, he was asking for payment. I asked what is going on and he said I will need testing on my water lines to see what the problem is and that it will all be out of pocket. To be clear, he did NOTHING else except come in, and turn on all my faucets in my master bathroom.I did my own research, went up into the attic, and reset the pilot light on one of my water heaters. An hour later and I magically have hot water again. My 28 year old first time homeowner inexperienced self figured it out. Why on earth would he tell me I needed extensive testing when all he had to do was check the water heater? Shouldn't this be the FIRST THING you guys do? A complete waste of money. I will never use this company again as it's clear what they are after ($$$). I would ask for a full refund of my $75 but I know that won't happen. Absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT USE SWAT! IF I HAD OPTION TO RATE IT A ZERO THEN I WOULD!I was charged a deductible of 75$ for them to just come out and say Toilets are not flushing and you have a problem, you need to call the office and set up another appointment to run a camera (I know the toilets are not flushing thats the reason I called) The tech did not have the camera to run it the same day he was ALREADY THERE. They should have the proper equipment to have done that on one stop.Later that day I called to set up that camera appointment and I had to pay that deductible once again.When the camera guy came out, I had to pay an additional 300$ for them to run it and to just tell me oh yea, it looks like you have a problem down there on the pipeSo I called the office to get a price, and the estimated price to fix my issue was 7,000$. I had several questions that the ladies at the office could not answer (they were very nice but did not know much) so I asked for a manager who was supposed to call me the same day. I did not get a call. I waited another day and didnt recieve a call so I decided to call every hour until I finally got a call from him. Really got no where with the manager so there really is no hope to get anything figured out with this company. If youre in no rush to get work done and want to get no straight answer and extremely high prices this is the right company for you.Wasted money and time for them to do absolutely nothing
