Jose was a great to work with. My sink faucet kit did not come with the correct pieces and I had to work with the manufacturer to get it corrected. This took three sepatate shipments and Jose helped me get everything i needed (which took phone calls and several home visits). Jose was always professional and positive. I highly recommend Jose. I went on to have him replace all bathroom faucets in my home.
