We are a small licensed and insuranced electrical company. We offer affordable and prompt service for residential and commercial eletrical needs. We have over 22 years of experience! We have built our company on providing great pricing and customer service. We feel that our work and affordable pricing speaks for itself. Giving our customers great customer service as well as unbeatable pricing has carried us through the years. Being a small company, we can work directly with each customer on an individual bases.
Lastly, we offer free site visits! The way we look at it, why should the customer pay us to view a project, that we will be making money on ourselves??!! Highly recommended. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient. They started by trying to figure out the most cost-effective way to fix a wiring problem, before concluding that more work was needed - a customer-friendly approach. They even got us an extra bulb after we had misplaced one of ours. They really went out of their way, and next time we need an electrician, this is who we'll be calling.

This company is great!! Demetrus is a Federally Licensed Electrician that does great work! He comes out to give an estimate for the work on time and quickly and then shows up to do the work when agreed and in a professional manner. He took pictures as well as showing me in person every bit of work completed. His prices are fair, he is prompt and conscientious. This past job I hired him for was a older home with several electrical issues and he brought it up to code and completed it quickly.
Demetrus’ assistant Emily, responds immediately and keeps you posted with every aspect of the job, and works closely with Demetrus to get you all the necessary paperwork to prove the job is complete and up to code! I would highly recommend these two!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to work with our customers on a personal level. Being a smaller company, we can be flexible when pricing. As we understand that sometimes, help is needed and eletrical can get expensive. We try to be fair and honest with our pricing. Also, if we see a way to save our customers money, we don't hesitate to let them know! Honesty and character will eventually make you more successful than trying to make as much as you can get away with charging someone. Yes this is business but never forget that you are dealing with humans and character will always carry you if you treat customers right!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After agreeing to a cost, we look forward to meeting our customers in person! Our customer service is second to none. We go out our way to make our customer feel comfortable and at ease with someone being in their home or business. In the end of the day, you are letting a stranger into your home or business. Upon completion of a project, we always thank our customers as well as send follow up emails or text to show our appreciation!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school vocational training then later took up a couple courses in a vocational college. Since being licensed, I have completed several courses including continuing education classes. Not just courses required by the state but additional courses that educate and keep us up to date on codes. Again, when you have a passion and joy for something, you can never learn too much! As there is always more to learn.
