- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
-Make sure you ask them to provide proof of commercial liability insurance. If they don't have it, you are taking on an extreme risk. An umbrella policy might be a good thing for you as the homeowner. -Make sure you have the contractor provide the permit. -Make sure the contractor asks you for a survey. Property lines are important! -Understand that some contractors will give you a very low price. If so, ask about the quality of the material in regard to lumber grade and thickness. If you go cheap, the fence will start to have problems in a couple of years.
