I had Montavlo Remodeling do several jobs on my house from flooding. He replaced all the flooring in the house, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. I would recommend his company for any type of job you need done. He helps you make decisions, suggests ideas, very courteous and honest with fair pricing and excellent work.

Felipe Montalvo, owner and general contractor of Montalvo Remodeling, is knowledgeable of the remodeling business and is the upmost professional with regards to customer service. He truly listens to his clients and factors in their vision with the reality of the project. He has remodeled my ENTIRE house...he and his team have creatively installed wood flooring throughout, travertine, granite counter tops and tile back splash in the kitchen, decorative tile for 3 bathrooms and tasteful color on the walls. I even had him remodel while I was out of the country, proving his team is trustworthy. Upon return from my trip I was greeted by a completed project that exceeded my expectations. Felipe is down to earth, friendly and approachable as a contractor making him a pleasure to work with. Felipe was the best! Along with coordinating his craftsmen he was there at the final stages, installing knobs, sweeping, whatever it took to complete the job. He’s the BEST!!!
