Keith from RGC Services not only did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He was also very patient with our Housekeeping Supervisor who had many questions. We were very impressed and grateful for the capet cleaning tips he past along to our staff.

Keith was prompt and professional and THOROUGH. The time and effort he spent cleaning our windows, most of which had not been attended to in the 14+ years since our house was built, was lengthy and considerable. He did an OUTSTANDING job.

Keith came out when he said he would, he got the spots out of the carpet and scotch guarded it for us. His workmanship was excellent as well as his demeanor. He worked with our schedule to ensure that we could have our project completed when there were not employees around to walk about which the work was being completed and he worked unsupervised which was a great bonus for us. Keith's pricing was also extremely competitive and transparent. We will definitely be working with Keith again in the future for any carpet/floor cleaning needs we have in our manufacturing facility.
