- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a flat fee payment structure based on project scope. We will communicate this fee after collecting project information during our initial consultation. Our clients are fully informed of our cost prior to starting work with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
01. INTRODUCTION We begin with a brief virtual call to get to know you, understand your project goals, and share a bit more about the RHI process. Next up is an in-home visit to explore the spaces you want to transform. We’ll answer any questions and gather all necessary details. After the visit, you will receive a proposal that includes the project scope, estimated costs, and timelines. 02. DESIGN With a clear understanding of your goals, we dive into the creative process! We begin by considering the layout and crafting design concepts to establish overall functionality and a clear aesthetic direction for your project before diving into fixtures and hardscape material selections. Once your design has been finalized we will turn our attention to furnishings. 03. FURNISH With your renovation or build design in place, we thoughtfully select home furnishings that blend perfectly in your space. Depending on your project scope, these selections may include furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, window treatments, and styling accessories. 04. EXECUTION We collaborate with the build team to ensure that every aspect of the design is executed to plan. In addition, we will handle purchasing and tracking of your selected furnishings. We ensure every item is accounted for and inspected prior to delivery. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your items so you’re always informed. 05. INSTALL The exciting part is here! We schedule a day to deliver your new furniture and decor. We’ll meticulously style your space to bring the design to life. All that’s left is for you to enjoy your beautifully transformed home. We might even bring some celebratory bubbles to toast to your new space!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Olivia obtained her degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to launching Rosewood Home Interiors, she spent years honing her design skills working with a high-end design firm specializing in luxury residential design.
