Platinum Massage Therapy and Personal Training

Introduction: I not only have book and classroom knowledge, I also have experience knowledge. I have been able to learn and grow over years of hands on experience. The fact that I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer , gives me the additional knowledge and training that I can use in both fields of Health and Wellbeing. I specialize in the following modalities : Clinical Technique Focus Work Post Accident Movement Disorders Deep Tissue Sports Injury Soft Tissue Manipulation Swedish I have also been in several body building competitions, which brings about a lot of nutritional experience in how the body is affected by what we eat. I will modify each individual’s workout plan according to their specific goals and needs, and physical requirements. I mostly enjoy the opportunity to help people attain their goals when it comes to health and quality of life, that is special and personal event in peoples lives. I also just like to meet and be around people. Most of my clients have been with me for 3+ years, I rarely have openings for new clients. I have a couple of openings currently available.
