FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the odor source, affected areas and materials, cleaning needs, access and treatment scope. We review the concern before confirming a quote. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is offered as part of odor-removal work. Describe the smell and your city to start; a scheduled consultation is optional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with your city or ZIP code, what you smell and the affected areas. We ask about previous cleaning and the materials involved, assess the likely source and agree on an appropriate scope and quote. Source cleaning and any additional treatment are planned for the property. Occupancy and return-to-use requirements depend on the selected treatment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choose a provider who asks about the source, affected materials and previous cleaning before recommending a treatment. Clarify whether the quote includes source cleaning, what preparation is needed and how return to use is confirmed. A persistent odor may require more than routine carpet or upholstery cleaning.
