FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe that standard pricing is a good thing. Variables to make a dream kitchen or that inviting back yard kitchen or the great room you can call truly call "great" can be met many different ways. That is why my initial meeting is so important. Budgets can be met many times once ideas have been discussed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sell myself so they feel comfortable. Answer any and all questions. Find out what their budget is, sometimes customers can get what they want without paying a lot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the son of WW II Vet from the Air Corp who got licensed in both plumbing and electrical. Performed home remodels from a very young age. Graduated from college and went into the multifamily construction. Licensed in asbestos contracting, mold remediation, HVAC Certified, HVAC Proctor, Electrical, Plumbing and GAF Roof Certified. I also spoke at many of the Apartment Association Service training meetings for local, state and national events.
