- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the project, wall condition, and type of wallpaper. Estimates always include wall preparation and high-quality adhesive. I am transparent about costs, with no hidden fees, and discounts may be available for larger projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the customer’s vision and take measurements. Then I suggest materials and installation options, provide an estimate and timeline. After approval, we start preparing the walls and installing the wallpaper, with quality control at every stage
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received hands-on training from skilled professionals and worked on both residential and commercial projects. I have studied different types of wallpaper and adhesives and continually improve my skills by keeping up with new materials and techniques
