- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's what the market will bare. I would prefer to get cost of parts plus $35 per hour, but when removing viruses on multiple computers I have gone as low as $50 for the 1st and $25 per each additional as long as they are at the same location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk about what thier computer problem is, start resolving it. During the scans get to know them better, and show them pictures of my dogs.
