- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is custom for each project. We offer free consultation and price quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer starts with an introductory phone call to understand the needs of the customer. Once we have the initial call we schedule an in person consultation to evaluate the property or venue where the service will be completed. We would then create rendering and a proposal to present to the customer in person. Once we have all agreed, product is ordered and the installation date is set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has 40+ years in the customer service industry. We have a national know lighting designer we are able to consult for each job as well as event planners and decorators. Our technicians and all formally trained for thier respective positions.
