- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most companies charge by hour and the number of people sent into the home. I try to charge a flat rate. I have never cleaned behind any company here and customer didn't rate me as the better cleaning service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want the client to feel comfortable and know that I work very hard. My goal is to please my customer's giving them the best housekeeping services they have ever had. My work speaks for me. I give my best and then some.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned since I was a child and my mother was a cleaning supervisor over a elite resort. I KNOW CLEANING!!! I have attended seminars on cleaning products .
