Our company has a wide range of tasks that we perform for our clients. But there is one that I want to mention, because it can be a misunderstood concept. Virus removal/ cleaning. Typically, when I see a computer for a virus removal, I find that there are other existing issues. I typically recommend a re-format of a computer that has been in service for a year or more. A re-format will remove ALL issues, not just viruses, and restore the computer to a brand new condition and performance. All important data is backed up and restored. So, instead of putting a band aid on one specific problem, we like to take the opportunity to remove all problems and hand you back a computer free from all issues and optimized for the best possible performance. We also recommend and install utilities to help you maintain this performance, at no cost. We also offer remote log in services to fix any issues that arise in the future.
