Joe responded and took the job after another mover canceled. He kept me updated and informed of when he was available and sent me texts of when he would arrive. This is extremely important to me as I have an overwhelming busy schedule. I took days off to move and any minor cancellation or delay caused me major problems. He gave me fair pricing and had the job completed without complications. I plan on using Joe in future moves and have plenty of work for him. I will give Joe a good reference.
