I recently hired Exotic Joe’s Junk Removal Service to pick up a refrigerator, stove, and sink, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Joe was incredibly professional from start to finish. He kept in constant communication, letting me know his ETA and updating me along the way. Joe responded and took the job after another mover canceled. He kept me updated and informed of when he was available and sent me texts of when he would arrive. This is extremely important to me as I have an overwhelming busy schedule. I took days off to move and any minor cancellation or delay caused me major problems. He gave me fair pricing and had the job completed without complications. I plan on using Joe in future moves and have plenty of work for him. I will give Joe a good reference.
