- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35 an hour with a one-hour minimum. I travel about 10 miles for the tutoring session. If it is further than 10 miles, I discuss additional charges with the family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I hope the student has the recent school work from the previous 2 weeks. When we start there, we are re-building the 'base' that wasn't understood by the student. It is a great place to start. So, don't throw that old stuff away. Call me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Associates Degree was in Computer Drafting and Design. We used math in all of the calculations and drawings. You can't be a successful draftsman unless you know your math.
