Perry built me a 250 foot long 4 foot high fence. He is a very hard worker. He showed up early and worked until dark. I am very pleased with the price and quality of his work.I would hire him again.Oct 16, 2016Verified
I needed a fence. I got a fence. (A damn nice one too) Everything was handled in an extremely professional manner. Perry is timely, friendly, and a bit of a perfectionist. He doesn't quibble with the details, and he handles those inevitable "well that didn't go as planned" moments with aplomb. We had some weather delays and some torrential rains, but I feel like the work was completed in a reasonable timeframe. I would have no qualms about hiring him again.Sep 15, 2016Verified
During a recent storm a carport hit our mobile home roof, causing 2 massive approximate size 5ft. X 3ft. Mr. Price assured me that he able to repair the damage. He did not disappoint the job was handled professionally and completed in a timely manner. Job well done.Jun 20, 2016Verified
Mr. Price and his team provided very good and professional service on a deck remodel job. I was most impressed with Mr. Price listening to what I wanted and not telling me what he wanted to do. He was willing to work with me. The weather contributed to some delays; but once the job was done, it turned out really nice. Mr. Price and team left worksite immaculate.Jun 19, 2016Verified
These guys did a really good job, providing quality work and timely completion. They also kept me fully apprised of cost and scheduling. I would certainly recommend them based on my experience.Jun 15, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?First off, I won't use sub-standard materials to save a buck. I only use top quality materials, and as a rule of thumb, my price is 3 times the cost of the materials that it takes to do the job. Though, there are jobs that are more labor intensive, which exceeds the cost of materials by a long shot. But not to often does this occur.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost is getting to know my customer and learning what they really want. Secondly, for them to get to know me and learn to trust in what I tell them, and know that I will be fair, honest, and there for them any time that they need me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?College degree in business, but also a 4 year degree as a Millwright, which I was for over 25 years as an acting foreman on most jobs because of my mechanical understanding of machinery.
