- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wouldn't call my pricing system complicated, just variable. I work per assignment or will accept a monthly contract if my services are needed for an extended period of time. The price is also based on the complexity of the assignment, so pricing is definitely negotiable.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Tax preparation is my main area of expertise. I also run errands, data entry, appointment setting and manual book keeping. I also take phone calls and handle customer service issues.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I could give to a consumer would be to look for honesty, ethic and integrity when seeking someone to complete your administrative duties.
