CJ is awesome, a smiling face from the moment he walked through the door. Great with my (more than slightly) unruly dogs. Got everything diagnosed and parts ordered quickly. I typically don't like random people being in my home but he immediately gave a vibe of the kind of person you'd allow in your home even if you aren't there.
