Harold was excellent, he called me immediately I'm sorry I'm sorry he left me a message through thumbtech immediately he quoted me a price and he was at my house the next morning at 7 AM. he didn't even know what the problem was or should I say he had not been to my house to know what the problem was but after I described my problem he knew. not only did he quote it but he was correct after he got to my house. I was totally impressed not only with the price but I was impressed with him arriving so early in the morning knowing that I had no air in Texas which is a sin and a crime. If I were you and your unit went out I would definitely call Harold because he is simply the best. better yet don't wait for to go out call him he will service your unit. For reasonable rate.

Berry's came back wuickly with a very reasonable quote. He came out the same morning a verified that my diagnosis was correct, replaced the capacitor and followed up by topping off the freon and checking to make the system was working to spec inside and out. I'll use Berry again.

Mr Berry responded early this morning. He told us that he could be here in 30 minutes and kept his promise. He told us that he thought that it was just a bad capacitor before he even got here. He was correct. He checked the freon levels and told us that they were good. I would hire him again if anything goes wrong.

23 years in the business. Many classes on air flow and Heat Pumps. Trane classes on furnace diagnostics , variable speed motors, Trane voyager roof top units and 410A Freon class. I have a universal EPA certification.
