What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a pricing system, and it is to always give the customer a price up front if possible, so the customer knows will not be surprised with the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know as much as I can about a project, and I like to get to know my customers keep them happy and have them for life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Texas Vocational School 30 years ago. I taught HVAC at Vista & Remington College for about 2 years, and I have been in the field doing this type of work for the other 28 years.
