David and his team are amazing! I have used their services twice now in two different homes, and I will always call them for electrical and HVAC services - ALWAYS.

They have fixed old home issues (stuff out of code, breaker box that is really old and sketchy, electrical work that cannot handle 21st century appliances, HVAC random issues), and installed more lighting in spaces that desperately needed it.

Their prices are fair, they give you quotes before the work is done so you know what to expect, and the work is top notch.

TL:DR: Just call Airbear and do not worry about the rest of it.
