Bill was fantastic! He worked with an extended family group of approximately 35, including many small children. He blended in so well, everyone thought he was part of the family. His photo work was wonderful. We have lots of memorable party shots. Loved Bill Donovan!

Bill was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made sure he captured every moment for my mother in law very special 60th Birthday. My mother in law called my In tears because she was happy with all the images and memories Bill captured. Looking through all the pictures is like going back in time and reliving the party.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a standard hourly fee and it really depends on the services being requested by the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I sit with a new client, it important for me to understand their needs (Listen) and make a connection of trust. Through this process I will gain the direction needed to create a great experience for the client. Keep in mind, this is a collaborative process. Upfront and honesty is still the best policy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a background in graphic design and animation which helped me to transcend to a rewarding career in photography. I travel near and afar to attend professional symposiums and continue to develop my skills with hands on training courses. I am currently a member of Kelby One.
