- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $40 an hour. I estimate the time it will take and use this hourly rate to come up with the base quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to either come see the property and work needed in order to give a proper quote, or detailed pictures are also acceptable. Then I give you a quote for either both labor and materials or if you want to supply the materials, i can just give a labor quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in construction for 15 years. I started out doing drywall and metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and doors. After learning these basics, I began to learn other trades and skills in order to increase my ability and get more varied types of job opportunities.
