- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary based on frequency of services and the type of services needed. Pricing for as-needed services starts at $25.00 per man hour with a 3 hour minimum. Pricing for bi-weekly services starts at $176.00 per month with an 8 hour monthly minimum/4 hours per visit. Additional hours are at $22.00 per man hour. Pricing for weekly services starts at $320.00 per month with a 16 hour monthly minimum/4 hours per visit. Additional hours are at $20.00 per man hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process with a new customer is going over their project to customize services to fit their home and lifestyle. After determining the type of services needed, we'll determine how frequent the service will be and how long it will take each visit. We'll give an estimate based on the details we cover. Once agreed, we provide a service agreement and secure the deposit to hold their service day/time. It is highly recommended but not necessary for the customer to be their for the initial visit but its best to give a tour of the home, provide access to the home on days they wont be their, introduce pets if applicable, and reiterate expectations or fill out a provided checklist. Communication is very important to us so we understand your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is my education. I have been cleaning for more than 15 years. I started my first cleaning company when I was 19 years old with no knowledge of the industry or how to run a business. Trial and error was my training. Now I rely on customer feedback to ensure my staff and I are providing quality services each and every visit.
