We hire this company to grade 2 lots. The 1st ot he charged for excavation and failed excavate 1/3 of t lot. When it was time to lay forms for the foundation, the pad wasn't level and there was a lot of debris in 1/3 of the area that should have been excavated and filled with select fill. The 2nd lot he graded was 16" off level and he missed the pad by 16ft. The guys setting the forms could tell it wasn't level before they even got out their equipment. Tony sent me supposed elevation measurements showing it was level. Pretty shady considering how bad the grade was. To top it off he's demanding payment the moment he's done, before anyone can verify the work. Do NOT hire this company to do any work. They don't no grading expertise.
