- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally there is a mandatory $300 retainer fee and it can vary dependng on the resources used on cases; for Security or PPO work, the price will vary depending on the job and hours in which the officers are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them and gather as much intel as possible to get started on the case; Background checks and team assignments are then made and our Investigators hit the field to acquire evidentiary support for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our Investigators and/or Security Officers are military veterans and have utilized these very talents and tactics on deployments as well as some are actively involved as law enforcement officers
