What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
By contacting us through Thumbtack, you will automatically receive a discount price valid on similar shoots for up to one year. Volume discounts are also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them to get an understanding of what they need, photograph the property, process and hand edit the photos within 24 hours. (Photos are only extended to be delivered within 48 hours during busy seasons) Deliver full and web resolution photos via Dropbox.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our photographers have had a rigorous internship River Oak Media. Our CEO has a background in advertising and graphic design and understands the properties of a well-composed photograph. Nothing leaves our office that does not follow these guidelines.
