Called first thing in the morning after I submitted. Wanted to come right away and that suited me fine. Showed up when he said, moved furniture, straightened the rug alignment, measured the cut twice, cut it once, and was done. Moved back the furniture, we agreed on the fee, and I gave him a 25% bonus.

I had a bunch of shrubs that I had removed in my yard. I needed to have them hauled away quickly before my HOA fined me. Jason came out the very next morning and took care of it all. He was very reasonably priced too! I will be sure to call him next time I need something done around the house!

Arrive at the job and take pictures. Next I send a detailed estimate via email with all facets of the job including what is going to be repaired or built.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of Texas at Arlington, and have been in the industry since high school, about 20 years.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I repaired two exterior walls replacing studs under windows and along wall that were termite damaged. The entire project took two days including painting.
