We were gone on vacation and came back to a terrible smell in the house. I determined that one vent had been intruded by an animal (who had then died). When I called, they responded promptly and provided an estimate. At the same time they promoted a product called Global Plasma Solutions (GPS 2400) to rid us of the odor. Their website says: Global Plasma Solutions (GPS) is the pioneer in needlepoint bi-polar ionization cold plasma technology. The GPS-2400 is a carbon fiber brush, needlepoint, bi-polar ionization generator rated up to 2,400 CFM or 6 tons nominal capacity. With TWELVE patents granted, and numerous other patents pending, GPS is the uncontested market innovator creating disruptive technology in numerous markets. It is said to: Kills Mold, Bacteria & Virus, Reduces VOCs & Odors, Reduces Particles, Reduces Allergens, Works in Air & on Surfaces, and is 0.00PPM Ozone free. It is not inexpensive but did seem to rid us of the odors while we waited for the new duct.Four men arrived to install the duct and completed the job in good time, especially considering it had to run through some very tight spaces due to the complex design of our home. Their demeanor and friendliness was terrific. I would definitely have them back or recommend them to a friend. The administrative staff is also responsive and cooperative.While they were here I asked for their annual AC unit cost and it was slightly less than the company I currently use, so I will be looking to them annually.

Got a quote and had a system installed almost two years ago. The quote was odd as the guy lost his phone and it took him over two hours to get it back. The quote was competitive with a couple others, but still a little high so I ask if they would throw in a year of maintenance as I had one with a prior HVAC installer. They agreed.The system was a lennox, but the components were not all great, the thermostat failed the first year. Problem was not that it failed but that the company owner did not believe me when I said it was not working. He argued with them then asked for pictures. Then when they finally sent someone, they said the thermostat failed. Calls for routine maintenance were problematic since one guy they sent wanted to charge me for them, when they should have been covered. After arguing with him and giving him the filters I had purchased to install, he charged me $100 for coming out. Another tech came out later and said it should have been covered.Now after a year and a half the system has quit. Calls to them result in no response, so a BBB complaint has been filed. But a totally new system should not fail after a year and a half. And a company that installs it should respond to calls for service on the item they installed.Suggestion: find another company if you value service, price and quality products. These guys are only interested in getting your money, not providing long term service.

These guys are top notch. I have been in AC industry for decades (and work for the biggest AC Manufacturer in Dallas) and had a difficult scenario. After calling 4 dealers recommended by others, and getting four "sorry , there is no way we can fix that". Texas Air did. I asked tough questions, and he had answers. For 1/3 the total replacement cost, got a new compressor, gas, contactor, dryer, and basically outdoor unit overhaul. Runs top notch. Work was completed in 2 hours, less time than it took me to take the covers off. My old derailed Trane has years left in it, so im glad i called them. BTW, some reviews are unwarranted, and the dealers put up with a lot. Its the business. Always one that's unreasonable and resists help or wants everything free. Dennis went the extra mile. I will not call or trust anyone else. A++++
