FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based off time and material that has a flat rate cutoff. That protects the customer from a miss diagnosis on a plumbers part. The price is traditionally given upfront and doesn’t change unless the scope of work changes. Which will be explained before the work begins. I give 10% discount to military and family, senior citizens, 1st responders, and hospital or medical care workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I traditionally speak with them over the phone. I want the customer to explain the issue they are having and exchange pictures of the problem. I then assess the problem and give a soft bid or ball park price until I am able to go to the location and do full assessment and then I explain the options they have, traditionally at least 3. Once the customer chooses the option they are comfortable with then I explain the time and payment process to complete the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
