- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat hourly rate and require a two hour minimum for each contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always conduct a free phone consultation with each new client so that we can go over their needs in-depth and get a better sense of their project needs. This allows to me to ensure that I am the best fit for their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently working on completing NACPB License requirements.
