Hello, I offer professional cleaning services for Airbnb, VRBO, and booking.com properties. I specialize in flipping rental properties, and love providing the highest level of customer service. I have been hosting and managing properties on Airbnb for over 6 years. For reference, please view my profile and active listings linked in the business website section. For cleaning services, I typically charge: - $40 an hour, with an $80 minimum (plus tax) - I cannot give an exact quote, but most often an Airbnb will take 2 to 5 hours to clean. It varies depending on the services required, size of the property, whether pets are allowed, and how the prior guests took care of the property. - I am happy to provide a wide range of extra services during the cleaning, such as: laundry, dishes, scooping the yard, cleaning out the fridge and freezer, taking out the trash, watering your plants, and more. - I do bring all my own cleaning supplies. For full property management services, I typically charge: - The cleaning fee, plus 15% of the listings revenue. I can provide you with a screen shot showing how this is calculated. - This includes full property management of your airbnb. I am added as a cohost and will cover: Cleaning services as described above All communication with guests Calendar management Keeping track of supplies and informing you (or ordering for you) Noting any property damage in between each guest A handwritten card and small gift for each customer Minor maintenance needs Any other agreed upon needs for you and the property
