I was extremely pleased with StephOnnie's service, and highly recommend her to anyone interested in an excellent mobile massage experience. I was very wary of having someone come to my hotel room at night, but after working such long hours and traveling for work, I decided to give her a try. She made me very comfortable because she is warm and gracious enough to speak with me on the phone to confirm her massage methods, which put me at ease. Overall, StephOnnie is flexible, responsive, prompt, and kind. Her set-up included everything! Relaxing music, a large selection of oils, clean sheets, and even a warm fleece blanket. She can also accommodate a wide range of massage styles and pressure. If I travel back to Austin, I will definitely be reconnecting with her.

Stephanie did back-to-back 90-min in-home massages on my husband and I. She's professional, friendly, and didn't mind our dogs. She gives a serious massage. Her magical hands can switch from moderate movements to precise deep tissue work with ease. If you want a hard massage she doesn't hold back but checks in often to make sure you get what you need. We'll be calling Stephanie again. I've recommended her to friends.

Lucas Brown is an incredibly gifted and compassionate practitioner. When my sister moved to Colorado to expand her clinic, I had become accustom to receiving acupuncture treatments at least once every two weeks. After her departure, I was unsure as to who could understand, care for, and properly address my unique issues. Outside of the standard amount of stress most humans suffer from, I carry around a fair amount of anxiety and inflammation, am a single parent, holding two full time jobs, and am a 13 year cancer survivor. The first session with Lucas was wonderfully relaxing. The intake process was quick and concise and I got the sense that he took the time to read through my information prior to our session. I was confident that, together, we had identified all of my concerns, as well as areas where he felt we should explore. Afterward, I had a more deep rooted feeling of relaxation that lasted for the following three days. It is a gift to feel at peace and truly comfortable within my own skin. I can’t thank Lucas enough for the work that he does and am looking forward to sending my mother to see him on a consistent basis. Lucas has had success with reducing clients’ joint inflammation as to avoid major surgery and I am confident that we will see the same level of success for preventing her major knee surgery. I highly recommend that everyone, especially those that suffer from chronic pain, develop a maintenance routine with Lucas. He has working knowledge of herbs, supplements, and lifestyle enhancements to complement the treatments and is comfortable navigating insurance coverage to see what, if any, reimbursements are possible.

Lucas's treatment space is centrally located and relaxing. My session with him was great and he made acupuncture treatment very un-intimidating and approachable. He listened intently and asked good questions and provided thoughtful explanations to the multitude of questions I had. It had been a while since I had been to an acupuncturist and I was nervous that it would hurt but was amazed at how little discomfort I felt throughout the whole process. I went into see him for stress management (and also happened to have a headache at the time) and left headache-free and feeling extremely relaxed, and felt reinvigorated and re-balanced several days after! I will definitely be heading back for more treatments soon.

So far, so good! I've only been once, but it was a great experience. Lucas knows what he's doing, and for a first-timer to acupuncture, that's important.

Allison Fleming worked as acupuncturist at my center, New Beginnings Wellness Center, for 5 years and worked in my room, as well, doing reflexology during some of my facials. Allison still works with me several times a week..She is the most nurturing, thorough acupuncturist and knows so much about nutrition, it continually blows me away. Her knowledge is amazing and she researches every ingredient, every symtom, thoroughly and I have learned so much from her. She puts her whole heart and soul and mind into each client 's individual needs, going far beyond the expectations of the usual acupuncture one receives. I highly recommend her for any type illness, injury or detox program you want to do. She is magical and awesome.

Allison at Root & Branch provided me with a fantastic experience that set me at ease every step of the way. I received acupuncture and massage, and I couldn't be happier with the experience at the office, or the results I've had after the treatments. Allison is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and very skilled. I know I'm always going to be taken care of, and I can hardly wait for my next visit! I highly recommend Root & Branch Therapy!

Allison is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She has treated everything from digestive issues to easing my pain while being pregnant with a herniated disc. She has a gentle touch with the needles and provides a soothing atmosphere. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Allison or her services!

I have gone to the Fitness classes, had Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, and Acupuncture. I have also rented their meeting space. All of the services are excellent. You walk in and it feels like home -- a very comforting and peaceful atmosphere. The prices are excellent and you don't feel like a number when you come. They don't rush you out and yet they respect your time too. I like that. The Chiropractors are very effective. Dr. Nilou is the one I usually book with and she uses techniques that your average Chiro doesn't use (so does her husband). Most Chiro's want to make a bunch of popping noises to make things seem effective. After being educated, I realize now that Dr. Nilou's methods are less invasive but more effective. I stay aligned longer. I pulled my back out twice and came to her. My back was very tender, but her treatments were worth the discomfort of the session. She educated me and gave me suggestions...I felt improvement right away. She seems like a helpful friend to me. My husband went to see her husband for his shoulder pain and he was very effective as well. The Core PiYo is great for all ages and fitness levels and yet challenging for a great workout. I also like the variety in each class. The Massage Therapist is sensitive to my needs and does an excellent job in communicating with me. She was able to get all the knots out of my neck and got all the kinks out of my muscles, which I desperately needed. The Acupuncturist is very professional and can sense exactly what I need done/addressed in each session. I can already sense a significant change in my appetite (which is one of the reasons I went). But also dealing to other underlying issues that have been contributing to my overall problem. I was a total newbie to Acupuncture and now I feel at ease. I know healing and wholeness is a process so I'm glad this place is around to help me through it. And for someone who likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle without the "band-aids" and medicine, this is definitely my "go to" wellness center from now on!
