I had an old faucet in the middle of the yard that has over the years become harder to turn off but lately started leaking I reached out to inquire and had a response quickly- asking for specifics and a photo. Within the same day we scheduled time for him to come out, day before I got an inquiry if the the time and date still worked and thoughtfully asked if I wanted to raise it slightly to make easier to access. Day of the appointment I received confirmation 30 min prior to arrival 😊 Job was done and completed fast. In addition to installing faucet- he ensured to wrap pipe which was above and beyond what I expected. I certainly have no reservations on recommending to friends and family-
