I spoke to Mr. Rooter at 7am and they were here by 9am the same day. Originally they booked me between 10 and 12, but they knew I was anxious to get the problem solved and came out early (after calling first of course). Brian walked into our bathroom where we were experiencing some awful smells. We thought it was the toilet, and any other plumber just would have started there and charged us to take off the toilet and tell us it was fine, but Brian wasn’t about to jerk us around. He knew immediately the problem was actually the sink and wasn’t going to mess with a bunch of other stuff until he fixed that first. Brian was amazing, we will absolutely be calling him back.

I contacted Mr.Rooter at 8:30 AM and Mark showed up at 10:15 AM. He was quick and professional with his assessment and helped identify that the issue was with my sprinkler valve. Really appreciate the quick response and turn around. Would definitely recommend them and use them for any future plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with them. They got to the root of the problem, didn’t just leave when they couldn’t find what was causing the back up. Our technician trouble shooted until he found what was causing the issue and finally fixed it! Other companies had been out but didn’t spend the time to figure things out.

The technician did a great job. I gave a 3 Star because of pricing and not being upfront and honest with pricing. When I called and asked if they had set prices for unclogging the kitchen sink, I was told the technician would have to inspect then give me a quote. Well, the technician arrived, literally looked at my sink and gave me two prices $381 for standard auger or $1400 for hydro jet. So the inspection is to just look at it for a second and then give me the prices?? Obviously they have set prices but just don’t want to tell you them over the phone. Be honest and give the pricing over the phone. Also, through Thumbtack, it states $0/service call, which is also not true. They charge $49.95/service call.
