We had a backed-up condensate line, turned out the last guy didnt do it up to code causing a lot of build out in the line. PlumbingPro came out and changed out the pipe, works perfectly and doesnt backup anymore.

PlumbingPro is absolutely the best in Austin! From start to finish, they made me feel super comfortable with excellent communication all the way. As soon as I scheduled my appointment, I got instant confirmation, and they kept me in the loop about their arrival time (and best part, they arrived on time!) When they showed up in their branded van (and I couldnt help but notice the adorable pug!), both team members were in uniform, making it easy to recognize them right away.Once inside, they were so respectful and did a fantastic job of keeping everything tidyno mess at all! They conducted a thorough home inspection (both indoor and outdoor) and explained everything clearly, walking me through my options without any pressure to make a quick decision. When I called PlumbingPro, they came out and gave me a whole home inspection. During the inspection they found that the shut off was completely corroded. They got it swapped out same day, now dont need to worry about being able to turn off the water to the house if anything happens
