We believe in fair, honest, and upfront pricing. Before any work begins, we'll explain the scope of the job and provide clear pricing so there are no surprises. We don't believe in hidden fees or unnecessary upselling. Discounts may be available for larger projects or multiple services - just ask during your estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling an appointment. Once on-site, we perform a thorough inspection, explain the issue, and provide an upfront estimate before any work begins. With your approval, we complete the repair or installation using quality materials and workmanship. Before we leave, we test everything, clean up the work area, and make sure you're completely satisfied. We're also available 24/7 for emergency plumbing services with no after-hours fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Responsible Master Plumber with 13 years of hands-on plumbing experience. I hold an LP Gas Certification and have completed Rheem manufacturer training for water heater installation, maintenance, and repair. I stay up to date with industry standards, plumbing codes, and best practices to ensure every job is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest quality.
