I just recently had a huge mold issue, and when I needed assistance, I had got referred to this new company. They are located in Austin, Tx and specialize in mold remediation. I just want to say they did a wonderful job. We all know it usually costs a little good chunk, but for fast and quality service.. it’s worth it! The guys were very forward and professional, if I have ever have a mold issue again (hope not), I definitely recommend this company!

Explanation of the $150 Inspection Fee. (Fee only applies to mold remediation/ water damage)
The $150 inspection fee covers the following services:
Visual and Moisture Inspection: A thorough assessment of the affected areas to identify the extent of the issue and gather necessary information.
Remediation Quote Preparation: A detailed written quote for the remediation work required.
Please note that payment for the inspection fee is collected prior to scheduling the property visit.
If you are satisfied with the quote and choose to proceed with the remediation work, the $150 inspection fee will be deducted from the total cost of the project.
