*Booking less than 7 days in advance will increase each visit $12. Peak rates increase $12. a visit. Holiday rates increase by $20 per visit. I needed to schedule pet sitter for an upcoming trip in only a few days. They responded to my request immediately, explained thoroughly how they work, scheduled a “Meet and Greet” with Brooke who would be caring for my furbabies..she was amazing. She has been working for them for several years, very knowledgeable and it was easy to tell that she really loves her job. While we were away, she arrived when she said she would and sent lots of pics and notes for each visit. Would not hesitate to use them again!!

Great staff and one of very few pet sitters I found that offer medical care services including subcutaneous fluid injections. It's so nice to have peace of mind that my cats were in good care with all of their needs met when I was out of town.

We contacted Premier Pet TLC a couple weeks before our trip. They were responsive and walked us through their pet sitting process & policies. Alyssa took care of our two cats and dog; she was exceptionally caring, accommodating and gave our pets so much TLC. One of our cats is a senior who needs medication and extra attention; Alyssa went above and beyond to accommodate the medical needs. Our dog is an anxious one, and again, Alyssa was extremely patient and spent time getting to know her and won her trust and affection. We received notifications every time the pet sitter visited the house as well as a detailed report after each visit. We also had access to chat so we were always in touch with the team and got an immediate response. We are very grateful for all the help and care we’ve received from Premier Pet TLC. We felt comfortable taking a trip out of the country knowing our pets and home were in safe, loving hands.

Samantha is a very good business person: she came over & checked out my situation, asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted, chose an online system that is easy to navigate and use and chose a great person to take care of my cats. Lucia, the person who took excellent care of my cats, was communicative, punctual, wiling and eager to learn and easy to give feedback to. I'm very happy with the service. I already signed up to have them take care of my cats in the future ... twice!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all-inclusive. It includes all pets in your household, lots of TLC, medication/insulin admin (if needed), feeding, cleaning and refilling food/water bowls, litter love (box cleaning), package/mail/newspaper retrieval, plant care are all included in one price. One rate, no additional charges! The visit durations start at 15 minutes for $28.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complimentary meet and greet with one of our experienced sitters in your home. We set you up in our online app accessible from a computer and a smart phone. After each visit, you will receive a summary of the visit, picture of your pet and a pet report card. All self-scheduling and payments are done online making it easy and convenient!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are pet CPR certified, pet first aid certified and Fear Free certified. Our number one priority is the safety of your pets!
