I was leaning towards doing the job myself but after speaking with American Rodent control it was clear they would do a good job at price it depending on how much work they'd do. They were responsive and adaptable. I enjoyed working with them.
I was contacted within minutes of requesting to be and was able to make an appointment for just an hour later. They still showed up 10 minutes early! My house was thoroughly inspected so that anything that could be found or done right away it would be (which there was when our intruder was discovered behind some furniture, captured, and taken away). Then I was given a quote for what could be done to seal the house so this wouldn't happen again (and didn't even charge for everything he did for us while here). Very impressed

Luis is amazing. We had a raccoon problem (along with some mice and squirrels) at work, and Luis did a fantastic job. He was incredibly prompt, thorough, and very polite. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. I would highly recommend him - in fact, if we ever have this issue again, Luis will be my first phone call!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received hands on training under a company for many years. The gentleman that trained me had built large commercial buildings to smaller facilities. He taught me many important factors like the quality of materials used, safety, responsibility and he loved what he did so he invested his skills and work ethic on me.
