I heard a critter fall into my chimney today an scamper around somehere but wasnt sure where he got stuck. turns out it was a squirrel. i was able to be assisted within few hours of asking for help on thumbtack so we were able to get him out alive. the tech sealed off the top of my chimney so now I dont have to worry about rodents finding their way in again. 5 gold star service.
