Extremely knowledgable & professional. Kendra Ann was impressive on the inspection of my home and spotted evidence I had Not previously seen! Down to determining that it was Most likely ring tailed cat not necessarily Raccoons in the attic. Then went on to explain the methods CRITTER ONE would employ to Rid my home of either Or both to my satisfaction. The crew She assigned were quite capable and finished the first part of this removal process. To then be followed up with a ‘clean up and sanitation And a 15 month guarantee .

I heard a critter fall into my chimney today an scamper around somehere but wasnt sure where he got stuck. turns out it was a squirrel. i was able to be assisted within few hours of asking for help on thumbtack so we were able to get him out alive. the tech sealed off the top of my chimney so now I dont have to worry about rodents finding their way in again. 5 gold star service.
